We are celebrating 10 years of adidas Spezial. To mark this anniversary, we have once again teamed up with the legendary Italian label C.P. Company. Our joint design language runs like a common thread through the resulting collection, for which we have reinterpreted classic silhouettes from the past of both brands.
The CP Wimberly SPZL is based on a rare perforated version of the adidas Universal from the 80s that special founder Gary Aspden found in his archive. As big fans of the OG colorway, we have stuck close to the original and used modern, high-quality materials. The upper is made of leather with woven 3-Stripes and decorative stitching. The shoe also comes with a serrated lacing strip and a perforated toe area.
