Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and the authentic sneaker box. Please use an outer shipping box to prevent damage to the original product housing.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location. Ensure you keep the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Check & Refund
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the condition of the goods. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
