The BLAZER MID '77 "BLACK" is part of Nike's Plant Color Collection, with which Nike's designers are exploring the possibilities of natural dyeing processes. The goal here is a more environmentally friendly production and dyeing of the sneakers. Sustainability is the focus here and so the Blazer in Mid is also dedicated to a plant. The upper is made entirely of linen, with the main part dyed in black except for the Swoosh and the verse reinforcement. The Swoosh and the heel reinforcement are colored in a yellow-brown tone. The midfoot features the embroidered image of the plant on one side and the associated plant details on the verse reinforcement. Tongue tag and the verse seam are in cork design.
